Kevin P. Gallagher received his B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston in 1996 and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2001.  He began his legal career at the nationally recognized Lanier Law Firm located in Houston, Texas.

He has worked as both Defense and Plantiff Counsel, giving him a unique perspective on the evaluation and litigation of cases.  In addition, he handled toxic tort cases throughout Texas.  He is co-author of “Damages: Evaluation and Proof (Personal Injury)" and  his practice areas include civil litigation, personal injury litigation, and commercial litigation.

Most importantly, Mr. Gallagher has created a law firm that gives clients the opportunity to speak directly with their attorney through all stages of the legal process to create the best possible outcome for each case.

Mark I. Foteh ( of Counsel ) received his BBA in Finance from the University of Houston in 1996 graduating Cum Laude. Mr. Foteh received J.D. from South Texas College of Law graduating Cum Laude and ranked #7 in his class.  While attending South Texas College of Law he was awarded the Stephen Tye Carpenter Award for demonstrating characteristics of kindness, generosity and help to others.

Foregoing the opportunity to start his career at a large law firm, Mr. Foteh decided to go into private practice in 2000 with his wife Mary Khano-Foteh for a more hands on approach.  He represented a major corporation in defending asbestos-related lawsuits and now focuses his energy on representing the injured parties.  In addition, Mr. Foteh has been appointed by judges as Attorney Ad Litem in multiple civil cases.
